Changed your mind? No hard feelings. You can return your CozyPaw within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@cozypaw.ca with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
