By placing an order with CozyPaw, you agree to these terms. Your final price and any applicable taxes are shown at payment. Orders are confirmed by email and ship within 1–2 business days.

We work hard to keep stock counts accurate. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we'll refund you in full right away.

Our products are designed with temperature-control protection. As with any heated product, do not leave your hand warmer charging unattended for extended periods, and keep it away from water.
